Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, please note the following exceptions:
- Bank Holidays: Orders placed during bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
- Christmas & New Year: No dispatches will be made from December 24th to January 5th. Orders placed during this period will be processed and dispatched from January 6th.
- Easter: Orders placed over the Easter holiday will be dispatched the next available working day.

Shipping Locations
We are proud to offer fast shipping from our distribution centres in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and the surrounding areas. Our standard shipping times are as follows:
- Local & Mainland UK: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Shipping typically takes 1-2 days, and in some cases, we can offer same-day delivery for local orders.

- Channel Islands & Remote Locations: Shipping to the Channel Islands and other remote areas may take a bit longer, with delivery typically within 3-5 days.
